| 内容記述 | 【目的】運動器検診の一環として理学療法士による運動指導を行った。合わせて運動部所属の生徒に対して個別指導を行った。1年間の関わりの結果から学校保健分野への理学療法士介入の必要性を提言する。 【方法】群馬県内公立高校1校の全校生徒708名を対象とした。運動器検診における調査票上の陽性者数、受診勧告人数、受診後要治療とされた人数、理学療法士が運動指導を行った人数、運動部所属生徒の対応人数を集計した。 【結果】運動器検診の調査票上、陽性率は163名（全対象者の23%）であった。陽性項目としては、しゃがみ込みが多く、次いで側弯が多かった。専門医を受診した者は23名で要治療とされたのは2名であった。 【考察】運動器検診の事後措置は実情としてほとんど実施されていないことが明らかになった。傷害予防・運動の啓発の観点から理学療法士による指導を行うことが重要であると考える。 【結論】運動器検診のあり方、スポーツ障害予防への関わりなど多くの課題がみつかり、理学療法士が関わる必要性も明らかになった。 |

| 内容記述 | After examinations by doctor as part of musculoskeletal examinations, exercise guidance was given by physical therapists. In addition, we provided individual exercise guidance by physical therapist to the students in the exercise department. We proposed the necessity of physical therapist intervention in the school health field following the results of this one-year involvement. A total of 708 students from one public high school in Gunma prefecture were included in the survey. In this survey, we counted the number of people on the questionnaire, the number of people advised for consultation, the number of people treated as needing treatment after the visit, the number of people with physical exercise guidance, and the number of corresponding students in the exercise department. In the questionnaire, the positive rate was 23%. Most of the 23% were judged as positive for crouching, while the second-largest number showed scoliosis. There were 23 students who visited a specialist, and two were treated as requiring treatment. Those who scored positive originally visited a specialist. We then carried out after-treatment measures, but found that most post-action measures had not been implemented. For this reason, it seems prudent for physical therapists to give guidance to prevent injuries and enlighten the exercise program. The study uncovered many problems, such as how to check examinations and involvement in sports disorder prevention, and the necessity of involving physical therapists was also revealed. |
