If Japanese, Chinese, and Korean citizens can use English at the same level as their mother tongue, diplomatic relations should be able to set up a forum for further solutions. Furthermore, having these three countries have a common language would be meaningful to the international community. In order to find a way to do so, we examined the transition of English education in the Korea.},
