[方法」本学の各長期臨床実習を修了した学生に臨床実習アンケートを行った.満足度と他の質問項目の相関係数を求め,高い相関の項目を独立変数,満足度を従属変数とした重回帰分析を行った. [結果]臨床実習Ⅱでは実習の難易度,指導者の工夫,関心の高まりが満足度へ影響を与えていた.臨床実習Ⅲでは指導時の適切性,実習への積極性が影響を与えていた.臨床実習Ⅳでは実習施設の雰囲気,指導時の適切性,自宅学習の集中度が影響を与えていた. [考察」臨床実習Ⅱは初めての長期実習により受動的姿勢となるため,難易度調整や指導工夫による理解,そこから得られる関心の高まりが満足度に影響していると考えられる.ⅢやⅣとなるに従い、学生の積極性や自主学習の影響が生まれてくる. [結論」臨床実習の各段階において,学生の心理的背景を考慮した関わりが必要である., [Purpose] Satisfaction degree greatly affects learning motivation and occupational awareness. We analyze what factors affect the level of satisfaction in each clinical training. [Method] We conducted a clinical training questionnaire survey to students who completed each long-term clinical training at our university. We calculated the correlation coefficient between the satisfaction level and the other question items, and performed multiple regression analysis with the high correlation item as an independent variable and the satisfaction degree as a dependent variable. [Results] In clinical training Ⅱ, a difficulty level of clinical training, ingenuity of supervisor, an increase in interest had an influence on satisfaction. In clinical training Ⅲ, Appropriateness of guidance and proactiveness toward clinical training had an influence. In clinical training Ⅳ, the atmosphere of the training facility, Appropriateness of guidance and the degree of concentration of home study had an influence. [Discussion] Since Clinical Practicum II induces a passive attitude through the long-term practical training for the first time, it is thought that the level of satisfaction is influenced by the understanding by difficulty level adjustment and Teaching devises and the increase in interest obtained from it. As the transition to Ⅲ and Ⅳ, students' proactiveness and autonomous learning become influential.
