Gakuin","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"【目的】本研究は股関節内転外転筋力に関する基礎研究として、股関節内転外転筋力と骨格筋量との関係性について検討した。\n【方法】対象は、下肢に整形外科的疾患のない成人男性51名(22.7±4.2歳)とした。股関節内転外転筋力の測定には、簡易的な股関節内転外転筋力測定器を用いて、股関節・膝関節屈曲90°の座位姿勢で等尺性収縮での最大筋力を計測した。体組成は、体組成計を使用し骨格筋量・下肢骨格筋量を測定した。また、対象者の運動歴の有無と股関節内転筋力・外転筋力との関係について検討した。\n【結果】内転筋力は平均49.7±10.2kgf/kg、外転筋力は平均53.2±10.8kgf/kgであり筋力間に相関が認められた。骨格筋量および下肢骨格筋量と股関節内転筋力および外転筋力間ではいずれも相関は認められなかった。また、運動歴あり群と運動歴なし群の比較では、運動歴あり群で、内転外転筋力比が高い傾向を示した。\n【考察】健常者において股関節内転筋外転の筋力測定を実施したが、骨格筋量との相関は認められなかった。しかし、股関節内転筋力と外転筋力間で相関が認められたことから、股関節内転筋および外転筋は姿勢保持するための骨盤の安定性や歩行に相互的に関与している筋であることが示唆された。\n","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"仙台青葉学院短期大学"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1884-8753","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"佐々木,
