 note = {【目的】：理学療法士養成校において、学業に支障をきたす学生への対策を構築することを目的とし、学生の実態について調査した。 
【方法】：全国の理学療法士養成校259校を対象とし、同意の得られた養成校にWebアンケートを用いて調査を実施した。アンケート内容は、養成校に関する事項と平成29年度に学業に支障をきたした学生に関する事項（原因、学年、現在の状況、対象学生の入学前状況）の項目に大別し調査を実施した。
【結果】：学業に支障をきたすに至った学生は、精神疾患や進路変更を要因とし、3年制2年次に多く、退学に至るケースが多いことが分かった。また、その学生うち約3割は入学前から家庭問題等何らかの問題を抱えていた。
【考察】：専門科目の学習や実習を通じて理学療法士像を学ぶ中で精神的な負担や職業への不安を生じ、退学等へと繋がっていると考える。早期の段階から学生の能力や適性を把握する必要があると考える。, 【Purpose】：We studied the actual condition of students with the aim of constructing countermeasures for students who were hindered in their studies at the physical therapist training school.
【Method】：We conducted a survey of 259 schools for physical therapists nationwide using Web questionnaires to training schools where consent was obtained. The questionnaire contents were roughly classified into items related to training schools and items related to students who hindered studies in FY2018(cause, grade, present situation, pre-enrollment situation of target students) 
【Results】：It was found that students were hindered in their studies due to psychiatric disorders and course change, were frequently in their second year of a three- year training school, and often the cases resulted in withdrawal from school.
 About 30% of the students had some problems such as family problems before entering school.
【Discussion】: I think that it causes mental burden and anxiety about occupation in studying physiotherapist image through study and practical training of special subjects, leading to withdrawal etc. I think that it is necessary to grasp student's ability and aptitude from the early stage.},
